1. Order is placed.

2. Check for a confirmation email, please make sure that the address is correct and complete with any apartment or building number, when applicable.

3. Once the order is packed, you will receive a text or email with the tracking number!

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING, we ship to all countries, in the case of a specific country that is having shipping issues due to COVID-19, we will reach out and offer alternative shipping methods.

Domestic orders take 2-8 business days on average to deliver once shipped

International orders take 2-4 weeks on average to deliver once shipped. 

International orders will show tracking, up until their departure from the United States. Select countries have international tracking of past departures.

Customs charges may apply for international orders, we have no ability to prepay import duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the order cost on our website; each country has different tax rates and will vary based on where the package is being delivered. We are not responsible for paying for these import duties, taxes, or other international shipping-related fees.
